Actually "Seen" a ghost, not a haze or light or sphere or something like that, but somehing that had a human form?

My house is full of them, I kid you not. An older couple, a little boy, and a cat. I blogged the stories on one of my 360's. Here's the link.

I lost a friend to cancer. A little over a year later I saw her standing in my hallway. She had brought her dog with her. She did not speak to me, she just smiled. After maybe a minute or 2 she backed up and was gone.

I saw something, once. A full out apparition that appeared in my room, was rather surprised to see me, and vanished. I never saw it again.
