I take a tablespoon of fruit pectin in six ounces of juice every single day, did wonders for my knees, and took about six weeks to start working, but now I won't go a day without it.

Firstly....try learning English and then maybe your doctors can understand and help you.
After you learn some English, try going to an orthopedic surgeon and getting some x-rays of your knees. You could have any number of problems, such as: chondromalacia, arthritis, or ligament damage.
What kind of operation did you have? Arthroscopy? If so, you probably need physical therapy.
What was your diagnosis?

Get a referal to a Nurosurgeon. Perhaps you just need physical therapy. A nurosurgeon would know for
sure. Since you did not mention it I will just
say that weight also plays a factor in knee pain
as well.
