Pay sale taxes, Buy goods and that helps the economy, they work damn hard and that helps the economy. So pretty much they f*ucking make a big impact in the economy.

One of the conditions of immigration is that the person offers skills that are not easily available here. For example, my computer expertise was badly needed by the company I worked for in Cupertino, CA.
The other thing we bring is diversity. American immigration policy controls immigration according to country of origin, to keep a balanced mix of backgrounds and ethnicity.

Well Legal citizens are the economy! We work and put money back into the economy. Whe dont get money here and send it to some other country. The world is like the circle of life explained by mufasa on the lion king. We live, work, feed our seeds, and put it all back into the economy so that our children can do the same. Most importantly we put back what we make into our nation.

Well, I speak for my husband who came here legally from Honduras. He is an electrical engineer for a global cement company and gets to work in automation. He makes a good living and pays lots of taxes and has never collected welfare. The only help he got from the Govt. was through student loans which we will be paying until we die.
He cried the day he bacame a US citizen and is fully assimilated. He speaks english fluently like a native born. He is a loving husband and a good father.

Legal immigrants do what all other HUMAN BEINGS do in this country, work, buy things, work more to pay off what they bought. Some collect welfare just like all othe citizens!
