I know from experience you can shatter your teeth. You also kill the taste buds around it. I had to spend A LOT of money getting a shattered tooth repaired. If they pierce it in the wrong spot it can cause paralysis or constant pain in the mouth and throat area.
I would like to add, guys like the thought of them and girls do too. That is about as far as it goes... the idea. Many employers will not allow you to have them, so you may want to check into that before you waste your time and money getting it done.

There are many risks, including social problems. I can state, however, that they bring a little something interesting sexually...

Mav hear of broken or cracked teeth. Bruised gums. People being grossed out cuz your playing with it in your teeth

There aren't any. If it's done by a profesional and you keep it clean ur all set. Guys love them, it'a lotsa fun to have one :)

You can get tongue cancer.
