Try it yourself. Get a good yawn going with your mouth open (the ones you take when altitude changes, or if your in a plane), close the back of your throat off with your tongue as if you were going to exhale through your nose then make your ears "pop" by yawning harder and try exhaling through your nose, the air comes out your ears too.
can anyone else do this? Is this harmful?

* Blow to the ear
* Skull fracture
* Ringing
I do not have any of these symptoms
