actually cried in the shower when I lost my best friend recently though when she didn't want me in her life anymore...something being about naked and broken and wanting to clean off the sorrow and let it go down the drain and being revived a new.
hope your spirits lift as mine as well. plus I wouldn't admit this if I had to put my name on this profile. But hey if you are over mid-20's, maybe we can cry in the shower together and.....;) Just joking. LOL

perhaps because crying is cleansing the heart/soul, and the shower is a physical means of cleansing. Thus what you feel you are doing on the inside you are representing by what you are doing on the outside.
Or, maybe you just don't like other people to hear you.
