ive heard about invisible fences for dogs but i was wondering if there are electric fences for cats because i have a special breed of cat called ragdoll who isnt supposed to leave the garden. however she gets out from all these fox holes. ive tried to block up the holes but they dig them out again. any ideas?

Cats are THE stubbornness creatures on God's green earth; also the smartest next to us humans. Still you might ask your vet. It can't hurt. I tried wiring the sink-cabinets so my Stimpy couldn't get into the cleaning products; guess what? I gave up because she wasn't doing anything but deffing me.

I have a ragdoll cat my self... he is 16 years old, and the only time he steps foot out of the houst is with me on a leash, which he handles very well... Ragdolls are quite dumb when it comes to being outside and you are running a big risk letting him out.. I would suggest not doing it, and electrical fences are just mean overrall

Havent seen them designed for cats but they sell fine electric wire fences designed to go round the edge of a pond to keep herons away. That would do the job - look at your local garden centre in the aquatic section. xx

I sympathise, when cats want to get out, then they seem to get out of the smallest of gaps.
Have you thought about buying a custom run to put in your garden? You could attach it to the house maybe & give access through a window? Or get one of the stand alone ones that come complete with a little house for your cat.
Either that or keep her inside... which does seem a shame, since she is used to going out.

go to the pet shop ask for lions mane plug the holes with it it puts ragdoll of going near it as it smells of a big cat

Are you kidding? You may as well have a canary kept in a cage. Cats are meant to wonder free of their own accord. How very sad (and selfish) that you choose to captivate an animal that is meant to wonder free.

try putting the cat in a dog pen that will hold a large dog that is what I did for my cats

get a long piece of copper wire enough to circle your garden connect a piece of flex to end attach a plug insert plug in socket and watch her fry yea111
