I have been going to Smoothie King in the morning for their Two Piece Bikini smoothie its a fat burner shake. Does anyone know a recipe that I can make at home To save money??

I was just reading that yogurt may boost your fat-burning mechanism. So I guess if you do not like to eat yogurt you could make smoothies with yogurt (or frozen yogurt).
Here is one you could try:

1 cup nonfat plain or flavored yogurt
1 cup ice
1 cup fresh fruit
2 tablespoons sugar (optional) or you could use splenda

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

This smoothie is about 180 calories, 1 gram of fat and 2 grams of fiber.
