3/4" conduit has a cross section of .514 sq. in.
40% would be .21642 sq. in.

Ultrapipe cat6 cable has a cross section of 0.05 sq.in.
.21642 / 0.05 is 4.3284

so 4 cables should fit nicely

If you go with Media6 Cat6 cable you can fit 5 cables within your 40%
