my boyfriend used to call me everyday and lately he has been giving me the same excuse why he can't (he says that he has too much homework) for the last 4 days he hasn't even called he goes to a different school so i don't see him except for the weekends but this weekend he said that he was going to his uncles house and im not sure if i believe him. on thursday i asked if he was mad at me and he said no. i don't know whats going on or if hes lying or telling the truth. what should i do?

i really like and i don't want to break up with him unless i absolelutly have to and i thought that he liked me to but now i don't know what to think

sounds to me like he's avoiding you. Probably hoping that if he ignores you, you will just go away. Yes, people get busy, very busy sometimes, but if he really wanted to see you he would make an effort. He should at least say "I can't at that time, but maybe this such and such time". You did not indicate that he has tried to fit you in his awfully busy schedule. Teenagers and young adults always find time for their love interests. Sorry this is so forward and harsh, but its reality. Time to tell him to get off his azz and show some genuine interest in you or you're moving on to find someone that thinks you are worth the time and wants to spend it with you. Because you are worth it. Good luck and take care of you.

i used the busy excuse when i didnt want to continue dating a guy or when i wasnt interested in him. sounds like he may be avoiding you and maybe he wants to break up but he doesnt have the balls to break up with you, hes probably hoping he can ignore you for a while and you will just go away. i know its hard and i have been there but you will get over him in due time. my mother says dont let anyone rent that much space in your head. its not worth it hunny

my ex girlfriend said she was too busy to do anything during the week, and too tired by the weekend- i found out she was seeing another guy- so dont put urself thru that and break it off- theres plenty more guys who would spend time with u im sure
