LISTEN HERE: My dad is a contractor, and does this all day long!I worked with him for 15 years, and it isn't rocket science to accomplish this! You have to barter with plumbers, handymen and contractors to get it done right!Don't let them name their price without naming your own! Tell THEM what you expect, and how much you can afford.Ask for credentials to be sure you get a qualified person whether it be from any of the 3 mentioned earlier.A real handyman will have insurance AND be bonded and be able to produce proof of it when you ask for it.

Keep in mind that toilets usually rely on gravity to flush. Your sewer pipes are probably higher than the floor so you will have to go with a pump type toilet - more expensive. The good thing is that it can be placed almost anywhere as the pump can move the waste at least 6 feet up. Running the pipes and sewer line won't be that bad as long as you are then willing to build the privacy walls yourself.

It usually starts at around $5000, unless you get the guys standing in from of Home Depot. Then its like $2500

It may look simple, and in some ways it is, but they have to go through the walls, then sorta put it all back together. So there is cost. The other way is to fish things through the wall, but that may be even harder/more time consuming

It would depend on many things...How far do the lines have to be run to reach this location? what fixtures do you want to use....blah blah blah you know estimates are free right.
