I am five foot nine and a half and I weight between 125 or 130, I eat right, workout but no matter what I do, I cant seem to shrink my waist, it is currently a 27 or 28. Plus I cant seem to lose anymore weight, no matter what I do...any ideas???

You're already a nice, slender size but, if you can afford it, try getting a personally sized corset. They can range from $100 up to around $600 but they are good waist cinchers.

Your waist sounds fine to me as it is. You can't lose weight of your waist without losing it everywhere else, unless you have liposuction. Maybe it's just the way you are built, it's not like you have a big waist or anything. Just get your stomach looking as toned as possible and your waist defined with lots of toning exercises for the stomach area. You could also try wearing a corset which can take off 2 to 4 inches. You should not stress out about an inch or two. Healthy is sexy. Skinny is not. Too many women these days are dealing with food disorders because they think they need to be thinner. Some people go as far as getting stuck with drugs all the way from caffiene and nicotene to cocaine and meth just because they want to lose weight. Also fasting causes your body to store more fat because it is responding to the threat of famine. All I am saying is be very careful about your body. Talk to your doctor.

DONT USE A CORSET
itll damage ur insides i think u have a good waist and if u cant lose anymore weight ur body is telling u to stop

You are currently about the right weight for your height. If you want to do effect just your waist, (the hardest part of the body), you have to concentrate your workouts on the abs.

Lots and lots of cardio. Run at least an hour a day at a pretty fast pace, mix it up some with elliptical or biking. That being said- at your height, you sound about perfect to me as-is, and by perfect, I mean, you must look pretty good

You sound fine the way you are. You should stop obsessing over your appearence. The people on TV and in magazines aren't real people, didn't you know that?

maybe thats jst the way ur made hey i am a small chick but i do have his there not big enough to make me look fat there hardly noticeable but hey were all what we are
