The big can of Nacho cheese is made by Ricos which you can get from a supermarket. The cheese is condensed, add 2 cups of water and 2 cups of jalepino juice to the big can of cheese. This is the movie theater recipe for Regal Theaters.

Here's a quick & easy recipe. It's really tasty!...

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
7 slices processed American cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and stir in flour. Pour in the milk and stir until the mixture thickens. Stirring constantly, mix in cheese and salt. Continue to cook and stir until cheese has melted and all ingredients are well blended, about 15 minutes.

One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true
