Unless there are extenuating circumstances with witnesses, it is called a comparative accident and you share blame thus, each having your own insurance pay for damages.

Sounds like both of you bear some negligence in this scenario. You are responsible for making sure the roadway is clear, to include vehicles coming from side streets or driveways when possible, and he only has to watch for vehicles coming down the road, not coming out of spaces. Both owe a duty to each other, but the question is who has the greater duty? Sounds like a 50/50 to me.

Both of you share fault for this accident since you both were backing when the collision occurred.
It could be argued based upon location of impact to the two vehicles which driver had the greater burden of proper lookout (you for pulling from a parked position and the other driver for exiting a private driveway).
If you carry collision covreage with your insurance company, have them complete the repairs to your vehicle and then have them chase down the other insurance company for reimbursement. Your insurance company will advise you upon completion of their investigation if there's any chance of recovering any part of your deductible.
I just hope there weren't any injuries as car parts are easy to replace but body parts aren't.

You're not supposed to reverse OUT of a parallel park, the nose is supposed to come out of the spot, the driveway backer-outer would probably be at fault.

I'd hammer the guy who can't spell for **** even with a "check spelling" tab!
You're both at fault 50-50! The insurance company will investigate but that's what they are going to tell you!

The person in the driveway is at fault. He is supposed to back out of his driveway only if the way is clear.
