Hitler was raised Catholic and generally I think most of Nazis were Christians simply because this is the majority religion in Germany. However they weren't devout Christians. Their crimes were not done due to religious fanatism, but due to a racist ideology.
They didn't really believe in a pagan religion, but they somehow had an idea the old Germanic religion should be revived and they certainly had some problem with the fact that Christianity is of Jewish origin, but they didn't really establish any religious cults of ancient Germanic deities and they didn't turn away from Christianity somehow "officially".
In a way you could say their real religion was national socialism and everyone was supposed to worship Hitler. Like for example you might know everyone had to greet with "Heil Hitler" at that time and "Heil" can actually mean "salvation". There was really a cult made around Hitler, similarly like around Stalin, for example. I mean not exactly a religious cult, it was not called a religion, but in a way they really demanded to worship Hitler. And Hitler often said things in his speaches like he was sent by the Allmightly or something like that.

some were atheists, somewere lutheranm some were other religions. However, many of the nazis did indeed practice some pagan rituals in the belief that it would make them stronger. I suspect that they were into some of the celtic religions.

Hitler was raised Catholic, and many of the top echelon Nazis were raised either Catholic or Protestant. As a propaganda device, Goebbels and Himmler re-invented a Teutonic Pagan "religion" of symbols. (Primarily designed by Himmler, yet utilized by Goebbels in propaganda, and others, Speer, for example, during "rituals" or "rallies")

Look it up - Hitler was a follower of Fredrick Nietzche, a crazed philosopher infamous for his teachings on exisentialism. That would have been his religion (atheistic - definately not christian)

They believed in the old German/Norse gods, with Wotan as the principal diety. It was polytheistic, somewhat like the Greek religion.

Hitler liked to listen to Wagner's operas, which were about this religion, quite a bit. He neglected to remember that at the end everybody died.

They were Christian. The difference, however, is they were a branch of extremist christian. They're the type that takes certain things literally and then uses blood to follow through.

Edit: actually hitler was born Jewish.
