i have a slow dial up and nead help but have no credit card would like to download a free speedbooser or a free download accelerator to help me out but can only pay by having it charged to my phone bill or it has to be absulutlly free i have no credit card

Check your dial-up provider's website. Most dial-up providers supply a free "speed booster" with their dial-up connections. If yours doesn't, consider switching to another provider.
The only useful speed boosters work this way: When you access a website, your provider grabs the information for you, compresses it, and sends it to you through the dial-up connection. Then your computer uncompresses it and shows it to you.
So, you can see that speed boosting is a cooperation between your provider and software on your computer. If your speed boosting software isn't compatible with your provider, you might as well not bother.
I've used "speed boosters," and I can tell you that you shouldn't expect much. Browsing might go a little faster, but downloads, audio, and video won't be improved.

well there is no services that i know of that can be billed to your phone, what u could do is buy the software from a computer shop like pcworld etc.
but i dont really like using speed boosters since they dont normally work. or they give very little increase.
