Hi I was wondering my school gives me alot of words to define and write sentences for each definitions of a word. It takes quite along time, what is the best way to do this process. Any ideas or suggestiions?:)

The best thing would be to ask the school what it is they want specifically. Other than that, look at at least two different definitions of a word and reword them to be something that makes sense to you. I remember doing definitions work and none of us in class found it an easy task. You may need to simply accept that it's tough work and takes time to do well--without plagiarising the dictionary.

Start to write down examples for each meaning you know for a word and afterward try to find a short sentence to generalize the meaning.
for the delivery very simple you start by your definition and keep the examples for illustrations.

just keep writing and defenition in a sentence could be used like"The teacher to the students to find the definitions of the word" or you coulde say : "What is the definition of ..."

1. Can- able, capable,....etc.
I can build the plane faster than he.
