Start here and contact the breed clubs at the bottom of the page. They would be able to help you get in touch with the right place.
(I assume we are talking Hampshire in the UK.)

The page that I found said to contact the Beagle Breed Clubs and that they will give you information on Beagle Rescue.

Actually, the second link gives Beagle Rescue in Warwickshire & Beage Welfare with several different counties & phone numbers.

I'm sure that if you rang someone on one of the lists that they would be able to help you.

Both the links below give names & telephone numbers.

Good luck.

A well-trained dog makes everyone happy, including his owner. Take a little time training him, and you'll never regret it; you'll always have an obedient dog by your side. Find more https://tr.im/XCvCx

By their nature, dogs are pack animals with a well-defined social order. Through basic training, you need to consistently make sure your puppy understands that you are the leader, not him. So in teaching him the basic rules, you take on the role of pack leader.

To fit into the family circle, your dog must be taught to recognize his name and such commands as come, heel, lie down and sit.
