Most of the sites have the option of having your profile "hidden" so you can search but you don't come up in other's searches.
So yeah the question is why do you think he would be? What if he is? If you haven't *specifically* had the talk about not dating others, then he is free to do whatever he wants.
The other bigger question is whether you trust him at all. Think about this... so what if he is on an online dating site or not... he still comes and goes throughout his daily life and could just as easily meet someone offline. Through work, at the grocery store, in the neighborhood, anywhere. You either trust him or you don't.

The first problem in what you asked is obviously why did you ask it in the first place. The first scenario is you have been cheated on before and it hurt you badly. While it would be understandable it would mean you could be unfairly viewing your boyfriend's activities. The second of course is you have very good reasons to suspect him such as radical shift in behaviors towards you or a previous suspicious incident.I do not know for sure how to "check" the dating sites aside from joining and hoping he put his picture up there. If you think in your heart he may be cheating he probably is.

you can sign on those service..A lots of them are free. and search around. like area code. etc.. if you give details that fit him..his profile might show up. But this is dangerous, are you prepared to get hurt? sometimes not knowing might be better.
