my uncle raped me when i was in 4th grade and i still feel dirty and stuff and i can't even have my bf or even my dad 2 hug me because i'm afraid they r gonna do the same thing..how can i 4get this besides going to a doctor for help??

Ok, first of all, you have to talk about this to your parents. Then, even though you don't want to, you need a doctor. Sorry to have to tell you this, but it can't be helped. A psychologist will be the only one who can help you stop feeling scared, or disgusted and you'll be able to get all of those feelings out of you.

Thats not something you can get over by yourself. YOu need to talk to someone. i am not a doctor dear but I can tell you this, you will develope very distictive disorders if you do not seek help soon. You will never be happy in your relationships and you will always shut people off. Have you told your family? Does anyone know? I have been going for my psychology degree so if you need anything let me know just email me. Remeber I am no doctor but I may be able to help a little.

I know you say you don't want to go to a doctor, but this is something you really need counseling to work through. You have to work through the fear and the disgust you feel toward yourself and men. How old are you now?

you need to confront the one who hurt you, this was something done to you out of your control, unless you seek counciling from a good therapist it won't go away.unless you seek help for this it is going to follow you in life forever.
