i keep washing in and it only fades is their any faster way?

Try rinsing your hair with the juice of about 4 fresh lemons (diluted with a little water) after shampooing.

If it was done by a box color, you're smelling the left over ammonia in the hair dye. You can usually smell it for a long time. I suggest using a really fruity or citrus shampoo and conditioner, make sure it's for colored hair though!

Use a strong smelling shampoo and conditioner. Try Garnier Fructis for Colored or permed hair.

Usually just shampooing and conditioning a few times will do the trick...I'm not sure, but good luck!

use a dye without peroxide
