Al rato means: In a little bit...

a la verga is a vulgar term ...."verga" refers to the male genitalia, and means basically "Go to he**"

"al rato" means "Later" in Spanish.
The second thing you asked is the end of a very vulgar phase in Spanish, an insult that is much stronger than "go to hell" b/c it uses a phases that is common to a lot of Spanish speaking countries and is synonymous with the male sex organ.
I think you can figure it out ;)
