*Weight training ( Light 5 to 10 lbs )
buy some dumbells that are 5-10 lbs and do some exercises with them. Search google: Dumbell exercises and you will see a bunch of useful links along with pictures and description on how to do it. When gaining weight but your doing everything correctly and see changes in your shape, that means you are building muscle and muscle weighs more than fat so dont be alarmed when that happens. You can workout in front of the TV and watch your favorite episode of whatever and it will make time go by faster

it maybe a little dangerous to lose that much weight in a week. it would safer to try and lose 1 pound a week for 5 weeks.

But really all you need to do is burn more calores then you eat.

a pound is about 3500 calories so all you have to do is work out enough to get rid of either 3500 a week (500 calories) or if you want to go route lose 5x that.

riding a bike for half hour to and hour a day (depending on how fast you go) should burn around 500

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout to use as well.

no dairy products , no meats. no sugars. No breads, pastas. No NUTS!

eat only cereals, fresh fruits. veggies. salads.. No salad dressing.

and exercise atleast 3 times a day. (for half hour each)
like swim, cycle, fast walk.

I'll guarantee - if u're able to follow this for 1 week.. yu'll lose 7 pounds.
