It's pretty healthy, but there are a few things to watch out for.

One is food poisoning. If you eat sushi at a restaurant, make sure everything you can see is spotless, including their health department rating. Spotless. Usually it's not a problem (I eat raw fish about once a week for the last seven years and never had issues. I've had friends and co-workers get sick though.

Make sure you are sensible about how much and what kind of sushi you eat. You usually eat less sushi than other foods, so that's a bonus for weight loss. But the fish is often more fat then normal, so don't live on the stuff. Rainbow rolls are the worst, nigiri (ball of rice with a piece of fish) are best. California rolls are in the middle - avocado is good, but high fat.

Hope this helps!

sushi is ok to be eat on a daily basis coz that's what the japanese does!

healthy or not... it's just an alternative for rice, spaghetti, noodles, breads etc, so as long as you don't overeat or picky on the ingredients (if you choose only high cholesterol seafood instead of fish or vegetables of coz it's unhealthy!)

weightloss? you don't wanna intake too much carbo for losing weight i guess? sushi base is RICE hon!!! they say the carbo in a bowl of rice can be counted in teaspoons of sugar! i won't suggest it... try more fruits & vegetable hon!

Sushi is for the most part okay to eat. Unless you are diabetic or have kidney problems. The rice is not good for someone who is diabetic becuase it is a stach and can be broken down into sugar. The raw fish can make people who have kidney trouble sick.

Exercise! Believe me, it's the only way to have a fit body. Along with regular exercise, you may also control your food intake with Weight Loss/Hoodia sample. These will help develop firmer muscles, while you burn fats and shed off those extra pounds. Check out this site http://www.upkb.com/weightloss.php for more info.
