The only thing that will permanently take away the sagging is diligent exercises such as crunches and sit ups.

You can exercise and eat only healthy small meals and snacks, or you could have surgery done to get the fat suctioned out. But seeing as how you just had a huge surgery in a way (giving birth), I think you should wait until your body has had enough time to heal and return to it's normal condition before you jump into either intense physical exercises or plastic surgery.

I had twins that were 8.1lbs and 7.1lbs and no matter how much exercise I still have a big empty sack my skin just can't shrink. My doctor suggested surgery (and she's usually anti-surgery) so I think that's probably the best solution if its still around for a couple years.

There are corsets that help a lot. Look on ebay and you see some good ones.
