Sagging Tissue?
Sagging tissue speaks of a lack of Calcium Fluoride (a homeopathic remedy). This remedy gives elasticity.

I would dillute about 3 pills in an ounce of water and take the remedy often, at least 5 times a day, just a drop or so under the tongue. I would take it over a long period of time (months) to see results and not miss more than one day in a row taking it. I woul make it fresh every day. Firming the tissue requires Silicea, also a homeopathic remedy. Silicea can be added to the CF remedy.

Moderate exercising of course will help, too. How about the 6 Tibetan Rites of Rejuvenation, available for downloading at http:www.biochakra.com

Wishing you beautiful success. Cordially, India.Magica

You have to work on it soon after childbirth. The longer you wait the harder it gets. Do crunches (half sit-ups), windmills (stretch arms out straight across forming a "t" with your body, feet spread apart, then suck your tummy in, keep your arms straight across and touch the opposite toe. Alternate back and forth.) Also, with feet spread about shoulder width, try to touch the ceiling, suck your tummy in and keep it there while you bend and touch the floor. Exhale while returning to an upright position. Then do it again. Start out with about 5 each on these exercises and work up a little daily to 20 each or so. Good Luck. It worked for me.

You have to walk, as well as the sit-ups. You can't just do one. Start slowly and work your way up. Just walk as far as you can, and do as many sit-ups as you can. Slowly add more time to your walk and more sit-ups. Keep track of it, so you can see how far you've come. You will be amazed at how fast it will work if you work at it. You can do it!

Pilates worked for me too. And lots of sit-ups. It takes time so you won't see results overnight.
