Why would you let him jump in after telling him no? If you want out, walk out. Why is it so hard to figure out? Walk away. Tell him it's done. If you weren't sure from the start, and had hesitations, why let him move in to begin with? Use your head, not your heart. Heart's can say things that our minds don't always agree with. Women thinking with their hearts is almost as dangerous as men thinking with their southern heads.
IT DOESN'T WORK!
Put yourself first, find out who you are first. Don't go from one to another. Take some time for you. Kick out the old one, or move out. Make a life for yourself. Then think about another man.

I'm not sure what is so special about this situation where you can't just tell him that you don't want to be with him anymore and that he needs to start looking for a different place to live?

Um, dump the old one before anything got any further. Your leading him on, which is terrible and your leading on the guy you do like. Yikes, get out of there quick girlfriend.

Tell him he's not the one, and move on. Erase his number from your phone and take down pictures. Don't enable yourself to stumble over the same rock twice

He's a real nowhere Man,
Sitting in his Nowhere Land,
Making all his nowhere plans
for nobody.

Doesn't have a point of view,
Knows not where he's going to,
Isn't he a bit like you and me?
Nowhere Man, please listen,
You don't know what you're missing,
Nowhere Man, the world is at your command.

it's simple, dump him and tell him he couldn't even give you one simple thing....tell him you asked him to go slow and he didn't and you can't take it anymore, it's not what you want.
Hope this helps, Good LUck!
