Jesus said, "How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers!" As for the souls of the unborn and the babies and toddlers, I have to believe that God will bring them to heaven.

In both the OT and NT children are referred to as innocents and only the innocent ones or the ones washed by the blood of Jesus and forgiven may enter heaven.

Since they have a soul from the moment of conception they are still able to get into heaven.

I'd like to think that loving couples would still be able to conceive children, and that all those kids will get their turn.
