I did by just not having dinner (lost 17 pounds in 2 weeks), only lunch and breakfast as normal.
It's a psycological matter, the only way to think you can eliminate the desire for food is if you feel an intellectual and EMOTIONAL balance, then you pursue this with the right motivation and your body goes in harmony too.
Once I had lost weight I took up going to the gym, and weight lifting helps your metabolism in a great way.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout to use as well.

The Atkins diet is the one that works the fastest. Basically, cut ALL carbohydrates out of your diet and go into ketosis. You can probably lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks, if you stick to it.

Ketosis is good for 2 reasons: 1, your body becomes a fat burning machine. 2, hunger pangs disappear. It takes about 36-48 hours after cutting out carbs to get into ketosis.

Remember---anyone can do ANYthing for 2 weeks!

2 weeks- Generally its best to do this one day at a time. But milk and water help people to loose weight. Also keep in mind that you should excercise to increase your metabolic rate at least 30 minutes a day. A sample day would look like this.

Day one
breakfast- oatmeal, orange and milk
snack apple
lunch salad, milk
dinner steak, peas+carrots, milk

excercise 30 minutes
drink 2 glasses of water before bed

day 2
breakfast- grapefruit, muffin, milk
snack- apple, raison, onion salad, milk
lunch-chicken salad, milk
dinner-pork loin, green beans applesauce, milk
2 glasses of water before bed.

Lean meat and veggies, Eggs and hard cheese. No sweets or starches. Basically Adkins or another good but complex plan is The Fat Flush Plan.

You can get over carbohydrate cravings in two or three days. Drink water only and lots of it to flush out the stuff in your system.

well two weeks is not enough time loosing weight takes time a and is healthier for you if you speed loose weight it will come backat you fast and that is yo yo dieting the best thing you can do is get fresh air and eat balanced. Many little meals a day helps speed up your metabolism and soon you will be able to loose weight. Do not get caught up in loosing weight it takes time and patience

2 weeks is not a very long time. Like someone mentioned before, do lots of cardio. Burn a lot more calories than what you intake.

Also, make sure you are taking a healthy approach, or else you might screw up your body in the long run.

Cut way back on calories. 1000-1200 a day max. You will lose weight. Mix in exercise and you should drop weight for sure.
