My Baby's Daddy left me for another girl he don't care about the kids he wont see them or call to see how they are doing.He dont give me money he's just worried about his ***** as girl .(Should i get child support)

He played; now he can pay for 18 years. Yes; you can and should get child support. And, if he is lax about paying he can go to jail and Bubba will have him worrying about other things than his*****girl.

If your baby daddy did not leave you, and was still your man,You should get child support! They are still his children too! Now if the daddy has and is still taking care of his children and the amount that you receive is all right with you, Than I don't think that you need to take him to court to have the child support taken out of his check, but that's only if he's being the father and supporting his children the way that he should. But you are entitled to Child support!!!!!!! NO MATTER WHAT!

Yes!! You should definitely get child support!! Go the the Department of Family Services in your area. They will help you if you can't afford an attorney. God bless you for taking care of the babies!!! Don't give up. The law is on your side!

Go through the State and make him pay.
Make him pay alot of money.
Men tend to forget that they helped make a baby. Yet they
don't have the responsibilty to take care of them.
Make him pay and pay alot.
To many kids are being grown up without there fathers. The fathers don't know what kind of impact there doing to there own children.
I am a sinlgemom and my son is 14 and his dad does pay childsupport and he still see his son every other weekend and
he doesn't call .

Child support is not a way to get back at a man for leaving you. It's meant to help you with the everyday expenses of your (and his) children. If he's not paying child support, then yes, I would take him to the child support offices. Children shouldn't have to suffer because their "father" decides he doesn't want to be a father anymore. That's a responsibility and he needs to be held accountable for it.

Absolutely!!! I can't believe you're not getting it already! You can use the money for the kids, and he has to pay, Trust me, you'll win in Court, as long as you can prove that you care for the child very well, and that he doesn't. i recommend getting an attorney, if you can afford one.

Of course you should get child support. He made that baby with you. It doesn't matter what he thinks or feels, he still has responsibility towards that child.
