Yesterday I went to the gym, (my first time) and I worked my A#% off for an hour and a half on only weight machines, and today I woke up, I was sore, but not so bad I couldnt get out of bed, but now it is night time, and I feel even more sore as each second goes by, I can't even straighten my leg out all the way... How do I break muscle fever? I didn't go to the gym today, i will tomorrow, but I won't do as much until I feel better, I'll hit the sauna instead...
