Don't let him near your head...but, maybe it is a preening behavior.

Is it just you it pecks? Is there someone in the house who it seems to love more than anyone else? If this is the case, then your parrot has bonded with that person and will attack anyone else it sees. No cure for that, I'm afraid.
Is it just a playful peck? Is it after some attention? Play with it more. Stick the TV on near it. Get it a mate.

I have a Moluccan cockatoo. He thumps me on top of the head very hard if he wants my attention and I am ignoring him. If I don't know what he wants, I take him off the back of my recliner and hold him on my knee. Having a bird above head level sometimes gives them the idea they are boss bird! A gentle peck means he's preening me again. If all else fails to get him to stop with the thumping I put him back on top of his cage. If he continues to come back and thump me again, I tell him a firm "No" and put him in his cage for five minutes, then we try again. If he continues, I put him up for a few hours.

Typically this is a natural behavior for your friend. If it is not intended to be malicious( more of a gentle peck ) and lightly pulling at your hair, I would say that your bird loves you very much, has accepted you as a mate and he/she is taking care of you as they would their mate in nature. Preening is a natural thing for them. Check to see if you may have a parasite thing in your hair, be sure not to wear hair spay, gels, glitters, and other grooming items that ARE harmful to your friend.

Your bird just may want your attention! If you are reacting to this behavior by motion, verbal, or turning of your head (bobbing), you are giving them the attention he/she wants thus re-enforcing the behavior and may be even asking for more and not even realizing it.

Put it in the cage, get a stick and tap it on the nut saying naughty naughty,if no joy move up the weight of stick,no joy yet ?put a hammer head on stick and strike sharp blow,it`s up to you if you i want to put plaster on its head.If all that fails, pull it`s teeth out that will stop it becouse it`s gob will be sore.No pecking.

Does it seem like he is grooming you? This would be affection. But if it's agressive or painful you'v got to learn some training techniques to make him stop.
