Whenever you are looking to convert any file format try this...
On Google put in the box whatever to whatever...in your case RM to mp3...Guess what happens? rm to mp3 converter...

I wouldn't save it as a wav file (they are MASSIVE), do a search for music converters on google or CNet.

once they are mp3s any mp3 program will change them back to wav files

i use soundforge to do that... by opening it in there and then saving it as mp3..
