I like to slice them up and sprinkle dry jello on them. I also like de-coring them, filling them with brown sugar and cinnamon, and baking them!

Apples are crisp, white-fleshed fruits with red, yellow or green skin. They range in taste from moderately sweet and refreshing to pleasantly tart depending on the variety. The apple is a member of the rose family, with a compartmentalized core that classifies it as a pome fruit.

Personally, I usually just slice the apple (usually a Granny Smith or Golden Delicious), add a pinch of salt and eat one by one. I would much prefer to dip the entire apple in caramel, especially for Halloween treats. Yummy!

I use one of those decoring, slicing, kitchen tool things for normal every day apple eating. Caramel is good, but isn't for every day. Caramel apples from the fair the nuts are the best.

You can use them for anything! As a veggie side, as a toppong, as an ingredient etc. My favorite way to enjoy them is making them into apple sauce or coring them and stuffing them with oatmeal, brown sugar and a little butter.
