I would try to get a co-signer, if that doesn't work save up a down payment. Take that down payment and purchase a pre-owend vehicle at a buy here pay here kind of place. Just make sure they do report to a credit agency! After a year or two of perfect payments you should be able to trade that vehicle in on something you would like better with a lower interest rate.

Bad Credit and Not alot of money? Try a screw driver and a slim jim!.... Just kidding, you must be careful. If you Must have a car now and Cant save more money ask around. Since any car at that price point will have a Gripp of miles on it look for one that you or a friend can work on. Avoid European cars no matter how cheap, you'll spend more keeping it running than if you spent a lil more on a Honda or Toy with more miles on it. Good Luck

Go to Ford. They are the easiest for bad credit. If you make plenty of money then why no down payment? You must put at least 20% down for them to take you serious.

Save up and pay cash. You don't need a loan to buy a car.
Never get a co-signor because it puts that person at risk. What if you loose your job, die or have a major medical problem? The cosignor is responsible for your debt.

Get a co-signer, get some cash for a down payment, or find a cheaper car and pay cash. Some times it helps to see what you can be approved for, then shop from there.

Save $500.00 and go to Drive Time, they'll sell anyone a car, as long as you can put down $500.00.

Your credit score is what is hurtning you, not the fact that you have no downpayment. Get a copy of it and find out what is wrong.
