Open up the document, press File, then select Save As and you can get a duplicate copy that way. You also have the option of where you want to save it, i.e. on a flash drive or floppy disk or a different folder etc etc. and you can rename it to your choice.

Carella gave you a good answer but your question leaves a lot to be desired. So here is another possibility for your question:
Open up the document, click "edit" click "select all" then back to "edit" and click "copy." Now, open up a new document and click "paste." Now that you have copied your file save it under another name and/or print it. Is this what are you asking?
