They have MANY MANY listings for restaurants! Or sometimes you can try typing in www.insertnamehere.com and see if their website will have nutritional info.

I don't know how useful this list might be - but try www.dwlz.com/restaurants/
(It has calories, fat grams, fiber grams for dishes at over 100 national/regional food chains)

I think you just have to ask for it. I think they're required to have it available.
