Confident...although shy is cute, but confident girls tend to be more sociable and talkative which i prefer

A shy girl who is a bit nervous would be easier to control, a confident girl would want to have more fun with me, so i would go with the confident girl.

Depends. A little shy is OK as long as she interacts with you (it can be kind of cute). However, no one wants someone who is just a bump on a log -- that's boring. Plus someone who never talks seems to be not interested.
Confident girls are usually more social, interactive, and lively, so they tend to be more fun. However, if she is too confident, then she can seem unapproachable, or gives off a vibe that she is stubborn and too strong willed.

It's definitely easier to ask shy girls out, and confident girls can often be... too confident! I go with SHY.

more confident girls are always easier to talk to. if a girl is a little nervous around me its OK but she still has to be at least able to carry on a conversation with.

I like shy girls but I wouldn't like her to be shy or quite all the time especially wen were together for a while it'll be awkward

both!!! shy girls are fun because then you can see how they open up to you, they usually turn out WILD in bed, and are usually AMAZING at oral. confident girls are fun for the chase, they know what they want in bed (which is HOT), there is much more communication upfront without having to guess, and, well, i LOOOOOVE a girl that can kick my as$.
