Soreness just means you pushed them in a way they arent use to. If you work out on a regular basis, then they are probably use to the exertion. However, it would be wise to change things up and try different moves to get other muscles moving too!

Depends on how long you've been working out. If you've just started a new plan or haven't been to the gym in a long time then yeah the first few weeks should be pretty sore, but your muscles are eventually going to become used to the workouts so now they aren't going to be sore everytime unless your maybe older with flexibility problems

You got it. If you are not sore, then you are not creatin micro tears during your workout. Micro tears are the sign that you have challenged your muscles and this will cause them to adapt and become stronger.

Try adding 10 lbs to each exercise. Or lift weights heavy enough that it is a struggle to do 12 reps
