How about a Caribbean cruise? Those are usually well priced and can be all inclusive.

I know you said you wanted to stay in the US, but I also suggest the Bahamas/Caribbean. Cruises are actually very economical and exciting. Since you live in FL already, you could just drive/have some drop you at the port (saving money on flying!). Plus, food and entertainment are included for the most part. We've been on one cruise with Royal Caribbean, loved it and decided we're cruising for our honeymoon. Vegas really isn't THAT cheap because you end up spending $50/meal plus $100s for tickets to shows. And the average high in Vegas in January is in the upper 50s, you won't freeze to death you could wear a light jacket and jeans! Better than going to Vegas now haha. How about Key West? Southern California? I don't know, if you are worried about freezing in Las Vegas at 50 F you might have to leave the country. We've also been to Riviera Maya, Mexico which was beautiful and a lot of fun. We stayed at an all-inclusive called Barcelo Maya on the "Tropical" side.

I know if you book cruises "short term", which is considered 90 days or closer that you can get cruises for $150-$200 a person, but that does not include drinks. I went to a resort in Aruba that was all inclusive for a week and went through AAA and it was very reasonably priced. I don't know exactly what your definition of "Cheap" is...

My husband and I went to Playa del Carmen last July for 5 days, all inclusive at a really nice resort for about $1300 (including meals, airfair, and gratuity, everything). If you'd like to know more, I can give you the travel agent's email address and some pics of the resort at http://www2.snapfish.com/share/p=266161161046761565/l=216165734/g=26962494/otsc=SYE/otsi=SALB

A cruise for 2 will set you back $2000-3000. Small price to pay to impress the love of your life, see lots of different exotic destinations, eat to you hearts content and have a dark room with a bed available at any time.

I just came back from my honeymoon. Cabo $1500 included airfare, all-inclusive hotel, ride from airport to hotel and back for the two of us seven days. It was AWSOME. You can't beat that.
