I Think its 52 countries....and none have a great system.....Dakar, Senegal it the worst right now....enacting genocide on their own citizen....Rwanda will go down in history for the atrocities.....what can I say about Africa's' many government....UNBELIEVABLE.....and speaking of unbelievable lets talk about the U.N. and their responsibilities to police the world?
