Why don't you try a weight loss supplement with any exercise routine. I love Lipofemme. It has really sped up my weight loss, and it's totally safe. Check out the reviews on it here

Talk to your doctor, he/she can give you good advice on exercise and good health plan to use. I wouldn't stick to the time frame there are going to be times when you lose a lot and other times where you don't lose anything. Walking is always good. You are probably exercises and not even realizing. When you go to the mall and walk around that is exercise. Find someone you know to exercise with you, a friend, family member, or neighbor. If you make a plan that everyday at 4 p.m. you are going to walk together you are more likely to stick with it. Good Luck

The key is exercise. Exercise burns calories. Don't obsess about diet. You can eat anything in moderation. Keep increasing your exercise intensity and/or distance. One hour a day will yield results. 2 hours a day will yield fast results, but don't start out with 2 hours (use common sense and don't over-exert yourself)

Go to the gym and start eating better. Don't over-do it though, teenagers need their food because they're growing. Try the eliptical for 30 minutes, and then do some ab excercises, or leg excercises. Best bet, join a gym!

Run and drink alot of water. Make sure you take in enough calories though, to keep your metabolism up. If you do not take in enough calories, once you stop exercising, you will gain the weight right back.

mere figures doesn't give true picture... if you're now 100pd and wanna lose 25 pds, that's ridiculous
if you're 200pds now and wanna lose 25 pds, that May be possible...

first, healthy diet, that means no snacks (chocolate, sweets, salted chips or whatsoever)
second, plenty of fruit, vegetables & water, & don't eat to 100% fullness
third, choose aerobic exercises, swimming, cycling, running, jogging etc

start drinking lots of water. go for a walk. keep your heart rate elevated for 30 minutes straight. cut out some sugar, like sodas. dont eat before bed, and dont starve yourself all day because the first thing you eat after starving yourself goes straight to fat because your body thinks it needs it since its being starved.
