I have the same problem right now, but I have a common cold so it's all apart of it....yes green and yellow are bad because they mean infection, but white can't be too good either, considering when you blow your nose it's usually clear!! My doctor gave me antibiotics. If it bothers you go see a doc!

It's just regular phlegm. If it turns yellow to yellowish-brown then you have an infection.

I don't know, but I think you should describe the phlegm in much more graphic detail.

You are ok, as long as its not green and/or yellow......those are signs of infection.
