What are your options ? Could you reapply, contest or other options ? Would your visa still be valid, if your pettion is denied ?

Normally you are asked for the additional info. Did they ask for the additional info? If you are denied you have the waver option with is the 601. You have to prove hardship if you are separated and deported.

OK if you got rejected you are in deep doo-doo because it is normally very hard to be rejected for this. You really should engage an experienced immigration attorney to see what can be done. Doing so today would be a good idea.

There are rights of appeal but I would not wish to gothrough that process without an attorney in my corner.

I would say, your option would be to go back to your country of origin and come back the legal way.

that sucks. I suggest you contact them and find out what you can do....or get an immigration lawyer.
