NO you should not. Vicodin is a two part medication: Hydrocodone - the narcotic part and acetaminophen (also known as Tylenol). Any medication taken in conjuction with vicodin needs to be "acetaminophen" free. The liver is were this medication is metabolised and to much is not go for the liver. Excidrin Migraine has acetaminophen, caffeine, and aspirin. Only take the recommended dose of any medication unless you talk to your doctor first.

Hope I'm not too late - you shouldn't take it, because it contains tylenol, and so does vicodin. Too much tylenol can damage your liver. Call your doctor.
