If you still have hair and it's thinning and starting to bald from the back, you can use Rogaine or Propecia or a combination of two to keep what you already have and in some circumstances, grow some of what you lost back.

If you have already lost your hair, you can get a hair transplant, permanent hair replacement but expensive, or you can get a company like hair club for men to add fake hair (Like a toupee) that is glued down to your scalp. This lasts anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months depending on the type you get and quality and they make them now that you cant even tell that are fake hair.

Don't worry about it. Do what I do and tell people you're on 5000mg of medication a day to stay alive and the baldness is the side effect. Though in my case it's true.

There's a lot worse things in life then loosing your hair. Like loosing the ability to know what questions you should ask to take up people's time.
