Don't be subtle because guys don't pick up on subtlety unless they're players. Come right out and say it. Or do what my ex did, entrap him in a date. Ask him to a movie, tell him that you have a few friends coming and then about an hour beforehand, call him and tell him your friends couldn't go and see if he still wants to go. That'll give you a good idea how he feels about spending some alone time with you.

i had the same problem last week, i am in 8th grade and i liked this guy and i didnt know how to tell him, infact i didnt even know if i should tell him, so i did the same thing you did i asked people on here, and some said yeah go for it, and others said no stick your nose back in the books and concentrate on your education, but i did the unthinkable and i had my friend ana tell him, right when all 3 of us were in the same class, then when she told him i saw he looked over and smiled at me, and come to find out ana asked him if he liked me and all he said was right now i have a girlfriend so i am just waiting for them to break up or sumthin, but go ahead and tell him, you've got nothing to lose, maybe he likes you so TELL HIM!

Flirt with him. Wink at him , say hello. Get some conversation started between the two of you. That way you can find out if he feels the same way about you without you really having to put yourslf out there.

and to you the person who asked the question. Just tell him, say I like you and i would like to have a relationship with you. or somthing more romantic works to. im not so good at this kind of stuff so i dont know why i am even posting here.

I'm having the same problem. hope we're not talking about the same guy : ). when he comes to my department, I always ask him how his day was. if he says that he's having a bad day, I usually say that if I cooked him a good meal, he would feel a lot better. so far it, hasn't work, but I'm still trying. good luck.

guys LOVE the shy girl that will come up meekly, and have the guts to say "um.....i really like you, do you wanna do something sometime". it's also kinda cute (well it was when i was younger) for a girl to walk by nervously, look at me, give me a note with her name, number and whatever on it, then walk off. you'll get your man.

lol i hardcore flirted w/ my bf before we were together. he'd tease me and i'd tease him back. poke his arm. look at him with big puppy eyes. talk a lot around him, make jokes, smile :D do little things for him.. i've packed him lunches, baked him cookies, bring him healthy foods when he was sick...
call him sometimes...
do whatever you can to make him smile
because you know if he feels good, you will too
and you'll grow on him :)
