Not sure if this true but have heard if you put the stalks in Vodka & leave long enough it goes green & even gets you stoned!! Can anyone confirm this??

By the way, for all you drug haters who feel compelled to leave silly answers - know this; I do have a life, I do have a good job, I do have regular sex & STILL like to smoke it so put that in your pipe & smoke it (excuse the pun!).

this is true! we did it last winter and left all over summer. The vodka becomes very easy to drink but has a pungent smell and goes bright green from the chlorofyl (is that how you spell it?). try with some bud bits and then strain it. Good luck let me know if you succeed.x

...and at least it's the green stuff you're into, not the brown. Answer: I don't know for sure. I do remember as a kid in school extracting chlorophyl from plants using alcohol - it did go green. But the action is in the buds, not the stalks, right? Chlorophyl is not your high, it's just green stuff. Curly kale would have the same effect.

THC is a very,,, "weak" chemical,, it breaks down in the presence of too much light, heat, moisture and alcohol.

Sounds like a myth to me.

And a waste of perfectly good pot and vodka.

yeah its just like makin hash oil. if you evaporated all the alcohol off the residue would be cannbanoids. but youd want to use good buds not stem and good vodka to get a good brew

100 Proof Vodka at least.
Bacardi 151 second best.
Grain alcohol (best) if you can get it.

The more vegetable matter, the better.

You're on your own....

This is an extremely fabricated lie. You'd have to nearly fill the bottle with marijuana stalks and allow it to sit for years in order for the chemicals to be transferred to the drink.

Stick to keeping them separate. Or don't do them at all, save some brain cells.
