im almost always bored so how do i get "un"bored?

That's so sad. My own daughter says the same thing sometimes. I always tell her to read. Find a genre that you like and read, read read. There's nothing like it for getting out of yourself and getting involved in something else or someone else.
Another thing you might think about is volunteering for some cause that you believe in - maybe a nursing home, homeless shelter or hospital. It takes your mind off of yourself and will make you feel so good inside to give a little time to someone who you can help.

Reading usually does it for me. I'll start reading and not realize where the time went if it's a good book. You can always volunteer. Any age person can do this and thinking of others will make you get out of your own head and into a good place.

Self help groups.Reading,Gardening,Going to the movies,cooking,volunteer work,take a walk in the park,visit family,take up a Hobie.Get a job you like,travel.Need more ideas?We all have something we can do.Branch out sweetie.
