No. Every human's organs are the same inside. We are only different on the surface (skin, hair, etc.)

I would have to guess that everyone's lungs start out the same color. The difference in skin tones, eye color and hair color are do to color pigments. I don't think internal organs vary in color unless they are diseased or something like that. Just a guess though, as I am not a medical person.

well, let's think about this.....

do lungs = skin? no. are the inside of black people's mouths the color of their skin? no. do black people have black blood? Of course not. Then WHY ON EARTH WOULD BLACK PEOPLE HAVE BLACK LUNGS JUST BECAUSE THEY'RE BLACK???

Good lord, do you people have ANY COMMON SENSE AT ALL?

I refuse to believe that such an asinine, idiotic question could possiby be serious. It just can't be true.

No, it doesn't. Internally we are all the same colour. What makes us different colours externally is an insignificant chemical in the skin called melanin. If you are white, the melanin in your skin increases when you get burnt by the sun, and you get a tan. If you are black you have more melanin.

Apart from that we are pretty much exactly the same.

All lung tissue is pink/salmon in color. No matter WHAT your race/skin color!!!!!
I work in surgery, and see/do lung surgery frequently. Healthy lung tissue is pink. Signs of a heavy smoker are obvious on lung tissue; black areas, they're more gray instead of healthy pink-looking.

No way. The lungs can't be different color in different races. And of course, so it doesn't make sense.

No, they're only black if they smoke or breath in other kinds of dust. Normally, pink like everyone else's.
